Friday, April 10th, at 8 p.m. occurred the death of Mrs. Sarah Cannon,
wife of the late Robert Cannon, at the family residence, 113 E. Norris
street. She was born in Providence, R. I., Sept. 30, 1848, and came to this
city two years later and has resided here ever since.
She leaves surviving one daughter, Blanche, one brother, C. H. Hodkinson and
three sisters, Mrs. Albert Pearley, of Ottawa, Ill., Mrs. George W. Sweet,
of Aurora Mo., and Mrs. Joseph Colliver, of Aurora, Ill. Funeral was held at
the residence Monday afternoon at 2:30 o'clock.
